These guys are awesome! I had my apple watch screen shuttered and needed a repair... I checked around and found JTG Systems. I got my watch back in 2 days!!! I heard it could take much longer! But no, these guys were fast! The part was ordered and replaced promptly! They also help with all kinds of computer problems! I recommend JTG Systems!
I had my apple phone screen replaced. I brought the phone in. They ordered the part and two days later we received it back. Great job. They even put a screen protector at no extra cost. Very prompt service they were also very helpful with some questions I had. I would highly recommend JTJ systems. Great fellows ??
I was really impressed on how quickly I was able to bring my laptop in but also on how quickly they were able to repair it. They explained everything In terms I could understand and said if I had any questions or problems just to call them...the store is 40 min. from my house but it was well worth the drive.....i would highly recommend them....very pleasant and courteous. Job well done boys......thanks again.
The guys were really good with us. We’ve used them many many times they made sure My Daughter had a screen protector. They helped her give her a case so that her phone was protected and it was all above and beyond what we expected. The best part about it was that her phone worked and she was so happy to be back on all her platforms that she uses. They were fast. They were personable and did an awesome job.

John and his team were very accommodating when I had a rush job to recover my daughter’s critical, university school files from a dying portable drive and get them onto another drive. He even recommended a reliable drive to install the new files onto. The bill was much less than I expected, considering his team had to work extra to get the job done in a timely fashion. He and his staff were pleasant to deal with.Highly recommended business.

Recently decided to take action on my iPad air which needed a new battery. I was given a price, and was told it might take up to three hours. Was surprised to receive a text at the end of one hour, and was able to return and pick up my iPad. Staff were friendly and encouraging. Thank you. It is working well.
I was looking for someone to provide computer repair in St Catharines. I did a beginner mistake and over wrote my hard drive with Linux (completely deleted my computers operating system and all my data).
This was my work computer with 3 years of non backed up work on it. After calling around even though JTG Systems were the furthest I chose them after looking at their previous reviews. They were a life saver! Not only did they repair my computer, but they got all my data back that everyone else
took my 2012 macbook pro in to get a new hard drive, price was awesome & it was done in a day! also needed to get my mouse pad fixed, took it in and picked it up in the same day! the guys there are super nice and easy to work with. definitely will be going back in the future.

I was recently referred to John at JTG Systems to resolve a thorny problem involving an encrypted hard drive. Because he is a computer genius, John was able to deal with this issue overnight and I was back in business the very next day, all at a very fair price.
