I was completely disgusted by the customer service the owner of this restaurant gave. I drove 30+ min into town to pick food up from here as I have been told it is half decent. They could not give us a time for when we could pick it up so we decided to come in after 1.5hr wait. When we got there she was extremely rude to us not realizing how far we had come & refused to give us any sort of time frame for when it was going to be ready. will never recommend or come here again. Food not worth it

Ordered dinner for 4. Didn't get proper order Found hair in beef vegetable dish half way through meal Called to complain staff struggled to offer compensation. Discarded meal and won't order from there again

Food wasnt anything special. Red Rice Buffet on Lansdowne Street is simply the best chinese i have ever eaten!!!!!!!" So if your looking for take out its 28$ for a dinner for 4 @ Red Rice Buffet!!

Looks can fool ya

This place is in a poor location, kinda hidden and the interior is seriously outdated. HOWEVER, the service is fantastic, the food is fresh and tasty, never greasy or warmed up. It is also very reasonable, take your family kinda reasonable. Don't let looks fool you, this place is a diamond!
