Terrible user experience. Don't answer the 1-800 number. If you try the portal and enter all the information (triple-checked my VIN!), it doesn't find your contract. A low quality organization all the way.
Impossible to get into contact with. The customer portal doesn't open, no one has ever answered the phone in the dozen times I have called, and there is no option to email.
Talking with someone after not being able to make payments after losing my job due to covid...deferral ran out and made arrangements with someone to make up payments.They totally lied to me and turned around sending me a threatening letter saying gonna repossess my vehicle totally going back on our agreement! I called and left at least 20 voicemails and they will not call me back!!! I paid $1700 up front of the $2200 owing,they said within 2 days someone will call me... its been 2 weeks!NOTHING
Rude, and passive aggressive customer service rep. I asked why 2 payment came out of my account within a couple days of each other instead of 1. She told me that was impossible and that I was mistaken. I think faxed my banking records to them proving that it was in fact true. You dont insult your customers and call them liars.....very poor service.
