    I came in for an ...

    I came in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in the vehicle. How can I trust that they completed the oil change correctly if they can't even figure out which oil to insert? Additionally, they replaced my vipers without my consent. Finally, the oil change was supposed to come with vacuuming of the floorboards but this was not done. I did not receive the correct service I paid for and this oil change may end up me more if the carelessness with which my car was treated is any indication.

    I'll NEVER BE BACK

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change at 2:30pm. When I arrived I was told that my appointment was at 3pm. My confirmation said 2:30 but I shrugged it off and returned for 3pm. Upon my return I was told it would take 30-45 minutes, and that complimentary wipers would be installed as part of a promotion. My car was not ready until 4:45 (an hour and 45 mins later) & wipers were not installed. I received no explanation for the delay & a half hearted apology. Awful experience.

    Took them 2 hours...

    Took them 2 hours to do oil change with booked appointment, and did not rotate tires like asked. Horrible customer service

    unprofessional--d...

    unprofessional--dishonest---worst service ever received---complained about improper work performed---refused any warranty as I had supplied a tailpipe on exhaust work costing over $1000-ripoff!!!!---avoid doing business at midas kingston!!!!!!!
