    Service was great as usual. Jesse is a great ambassador for Braden Ford and always treats me as If I am his favourite customer.

    I called to book an appointment to look at a specific vehicle as I live an hour away and did't want to waste my time. They said the vehicle would be there for my appointment and I called again before I left to confirm that I was on my way. The vehicle was not there, it was with another customer at their mechanic and I was given some awful excuse about why it happened. I won't bother with this dealership again after this experience.
