    Caring, compassio...

    Caring, compassionate but most of all professional. I have used this busy clinic for over a decade and have always been treated very well, as most importantly have my animals.

    can't get a hold of anybody

    i've tried a few times to call but just keep getting the same message: if this is an emergency, call the answering service; after-hours calls are billed a $25 response fee; call back during regular business hours. that's it - no address, no business hours, nothing. i've called various times and just keep getting this message. quite unwelcoming.

    We have 3 Front office staff answering 2 phone lines and processing clients. When both lines are occupied the next call automatically rolls to the answering machine message. We apologize for the inconvenience but at times both lines are busy and our phone system has limited options.
