Terrible customer service. Changed the time/date of the visit with little notice. Double charged my credit card and would not refund. Would not give me the name of someone in the accounting department or the name of the owner to speak with. Rep said it was a private company and their names were private.

Terrible service - everyone was rude and unprofessional - DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Impressed with skill of technician and timely fashion in finding cause of my oven malfunction. Previous company that I had called could and did not properly identify issue and charged me excessive labour cost without fixing my oven. Will definitely call ARS with future appliance problems.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their technicians are NOT skilled. My appliance was not working and the technician diagnosed the problem in error, told me I had to replace a part which was not the case. Expensive Labour, Inspection Fee and Parts!

Grossly overpriced parts and labour - avoid ARS!
