In the beginning, they performed well, especially with regard to technical knowledge. I purchased thousands of dollars on a complete water treatment system and also ductless splits. After they had my money, customer service became terrible. Today I was charged nearly $500 for a major component that had failed in the water treatment system, 18 months old!. A part that should have been galvanized to protect against corrosion. This business does NOT honour it's highly advertised warranties.

Just needed a few things to replace faucet and tub spout in the bathroom. Lady was great to deal with. Only issue was one if the fittings was opened, no big deal, but the missing the tubing insert was missing. I returned the next day for a few other things and rather than return it I would just get the 5 cent insert. Dealt with a dark haired lady this time who insisted I should have brought the fitting in with a tone and refused to even sell me one. Unbelievable!

We have used Oromocto Plumbing twice in the past several weeks. One job was an emergency and the other was an upgrade. In both cases Jason was the plumber and did exceptional jobs. Quiet, professional and cleaned up in both cases. The first time they responded within two hours to the emergency allowing us to continue with a planned trip the next day. Terrible service!! Once they sell the product, they ignore your service calls. Installation was a rush job. They do not even come regardless we called for a check on the unit.
