Waste of money and time... our carpet just needed a courtesy move out cleaning. They showed up a hour late, made the two faint stains 5 shades darker (even when dried) and ripped a huge gash in my mattress storage cover while dragging their equipment around. It’s like i just paid them to come and make the place wet. Landlords dont even believe we just had the carpet cleaned. I asked for receipt still haven’t gotten it

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! The cleaners did a terrible job and the “carpet cleaning” didn’t clean. I used my mini carpet cleaner on an area afterwards (see pics) and the water came out almost black. When I shared with Peak, they told me they didn’t care - they showed up, they needed to be paid for their time. Use a reputable company & don’t take the chance. Money & time wasted! Disgusting
