    I've been in many...

    I've been in many sushi places but this restaurant is exceptional.Excellent quality of food and reasonable pricing. I love Oyama's sushi pizza and rainbow and red dragon roll. They have real sushi masters in the kitchen. Everything is always presented like in very expensive restaurant. Service is always very fast. Those people work like robots! Even thought there are often lineups ( this place id very popular) at host stand i never have to wait longer that 10 minutes. Very convenient location - stylish vintage house close to Metropolis mall and perfect for drivers- free parking in the rear is best sushi place in Mainland

    I went for dinner here a few nights ago and was really impressed! The food was delicious and quick. Coming from Ottawa, I don't really know what sushi prices are normally like around here but for me -- this was cheap!! About $15 per person and more than enough food. Delicious! I ordered take out again last night and was eating to my heart's content about 15 minutes after picking up the phone. I would definitely eat here again if I'm in the area :)

    Worst customer service BY management

    POOR, POOR, POOOR customer service !!!! ever heard of being in a restaurant where the Manager comes to table "snatches" tea and water out of your hand while drinking it, and walks away, without saying anything .... Exactly what happen tonight..... I brought an old friend and was catching up for dinner! Payed the bill and ended up extending our talk when OUT OF NO WHERE the lady manger comes to our table snatches the tea OUT OF OUR HANDS .. yes!!! out of our hands..... without saying a word to us .....all they had to say if they needed the table was "we are busy and we need the table if you can finish up PLEASE!!!" we didn't even get an apology .... tried to clarify the situation with the other manger/boss who happen to be the husband of the wife ..... while apologizing, lady comes up to him "YELLS @ him in their language" and says in english "THEY NEED TO LEAVE" really!!! REALLY!!! tell me how i should be back to this place EVER AGAIN ... the worst customer service from the lady manger I have had in my life ... this lady abuses her staff, and you can tell how shaky they are around her, and the first time i was there while restaurant was empty, with MANY seats available, requested a booth with husband, she looked us in the eyes ...ignored us, and we were about to grab the table we wanted ... she looked at us and said with a smirk on her face that they were busy .....WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PLACE HAS
