Urban Nail Bar

My first time at Urban Nail Bar. My nails were in terrible condition after Covid lockdown. Amy did a beautiful job. I’m proud to show off my hands again. Thank you, Amy.

Horrible experience My nails looked so bulky and Ugly I asked for ombré! She filed them down until they were too short, went back the next day because my middle nail was falling off! all she did was file the crack and put a top coat! and by day 4! I had lost 4 nails and the rest were half off, When I went in on day 6 she looked at them and promised a new set, after walking to the chair they spoke in her their language and changed their mind about fixing them won’t be back unprofessional

I see one particular nail artist there, have been for about 2 years, and always has my colour of ombré available, always pleasant, we always talk about our kids, our day... she’s just fabulous. I will always ALWAYS go here as long as this one technician is there and won’t switch unless she does.

Honestly worst experience I've ever had. The girl took off a chunk of my eyebrow when waxing. I got my toes done aswell. I told her I wasn't paying for my eye brows. They sat there and gossiped in Chinese as I'm sitting there. I go to pay and their machines not working. I told them I would go to the bank grab cash and come back I would leave my ID. They insisted on taking my phone and I said no you're not taking my phone as I'm a single parent and if anything happens to my child I need it on me.

Call make appointment with LEE, they keep asking me go with Lyly because LEE not there anymore. I try with Lyly ,she not friendly , her face look like unhappy, and my pedicure sellac she take only 20 minutes , so fast, bad job, I feel like she very rush ....no enjoy with my pedicure, after that , my nails she did a terrible job too, waist my time & my money. Ladies! Do not try with anyone here... Terrible business... Will not be back
