    I cannot even rat...

    I cannot even rate this company, they are a total unprofessional service, I had request to have pool shut down on NOV 16, which they agreed the could do Nov 18, no one showed 18th or 19th (or called) I call them on Nov 20 and said that they had a touch of the flu and that they could come out Nov 21, and put the pool to bed, they did not show or call I called them on Nov 22 no answer then on Nov 23 was told they would call right back never did DO NOT USE WASTE OF TIME

    They should not be in business at all!!!

    Absolutely unprofessional; complete joke company. We were first promised one day; no one showed. I had to call them to re-schedule. I was told they would come by next day at 9:30 AM,and when I phoned them 3 hours later, they said the person was on their way. No one showed up the entire day, and I am still waiting for a call back. Now I am unable to speak to anyone. I actually wanted to give my money to them, but am glad this has not worked out as I do not trust them. Better off going elsewhere.

    Totally UNRELIABL...

    Totally UNRELIABLE spa and pool service. A 'don't care' so much attitude. Little business etiquette. False promises for over a week. Constant no-show without notice! seems they have begun to block my numbers and never reply to messages left. Done with this declining operation. Pitiful!
