The vet and technicians know what they are doing. The vet is great I had my 2 -10 week olds chocolate labs in to see him he’s great with animals as if you don’t understand him he explains it in laymen’s terms so you do understand and he was great handling the puppies and hi technicians are so friendly and haven’t heard anyone complain at all about him. The end of the month they go back for there boosters and to be microchipped. Then next June it’s neutering time for both my males. Try him out.

We are new to this area and are truly blessed to have found the Welland Animal Hospital for our new puppy. The vet was attentive and so kind as well as informative. The staff were super and the attendant I had that greeted me couldn’t have been better. Thank you so much.

This is a lovely place. Receptionist is warm and friendly. I saw Dr. Virdi for my sick cat who had urinary crystals. He gave me meds and lots of caring information. Cat is well today and I thank him so much. On a second visit I spoke with Dr. Verma when I was getting more food. Both vets show professional knowledge and caring attitude you want to see towards pets. I will now recommend this vet to my daughter.

I knew my dog had Knots which I could not get out . I wanted a groomer that cares about my dog and that the style remain more shaggy than shaved bald. I was happy with end result and my dog is happy to walk in. Lots of communication prior to groom and I was called when my dog was finnished . reasonably priced : I compared.

Our Chihuahua was attacked by a 85lb German Shepard last night. Not only did our pup sustain lacerations from the other dog, so did my husband. We showed up to Beatties and our pup was taken in RIGHT AWAY. AMAZING TEAM !!!! Incredible experience twice !!!!!!! I have to take my dog in on Tuesday night since she was shaking and cant even walk and no appetite at all. Dr. Adel read all the results from my regular vet and diagnosed my dog immediately.
