This company is excellent, I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Ecspecially in a car accident. I had an accident and the tow driver was there telling me everything I needed to here and he helped with the whole situation and gave me great pointers and was able to calm me down when I was on the verge of losing it. They literally go the extra mile to help you. Great customer service and take the meaning literally that they work with you. Call them and have an enjoyable experience.

10/10 recommend! The receptionist/dispatcher who took my call was polite and answered all my questions. She was able to get a tow truck within 20 minutes of calling.
The driver was friendly, happy, and knowledgeable. He does his job well and helped get me out of a stressful situation. If I ever need a tow truck again (I hope I won’t), I will 100% call Ken’s Towing!

Wow this company sure goes above and beyond for their customers. My mother had grocery in her vehicle the driver drove her home at no extra cost and helped her up with her stuff then towed to the garage. Recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you to Krystal Behrendt who took my call and the office staff and driver can't thank you enough. any other company would have charged extra to do this for my mother.

These guys did a great job of "rescuing my car" when she decided to die on the 403 after work. I was driving home to Brampton and suddenly had no power. These guys coordinated with my timing and even took my car to my work and dropped it in Brantford so I could continue home with my wife. Dave is a nice fella and a great asset to your company. Reached out to them via Kijiji to schedule to have my vehicle towed from Kitchener to Waterloo. They were very prompt with their response and kept communicating until the day of the service. I also had to reschedule the time at the last minute due to an emergency and they were able to adhere to my schedule change and get the service done on that same day with no penalty ?. The whole process was smooth and completed with no issues. Amazing service.
