If you want your vw fixed, then call this company. Otto knew what the problem was after spending more than $2000 at other places and gettting things done that were not the problem, I called Otto at Raybern motors, he got the car in and fixed it for hundreds of dollars less than anyone else quoted me. I was treated with respect and professionalism and was not given a peice of garbage work. He did the job thoroughly and did not send the car home until he felt it was fixed 100%. He was the first person I dealt with that knew what he was talking about. Not even VW itself could fix it properly, even after spending more than $2000 with them. I would trust him with my car anytime! thanks Otto, you are simply the best man for the job. I am happy that he did not simply look at my car for the money but for the passion of being a mechanic and doing a great job!

Impressed that the replacement of my transmission required multiple attempts at no extra cost to me even though it was not the mechanics/shops fault. The time and labour spent finding me a good used transmission is impressive and saved thousands if I would have bought a new one from the dealer. Happy with the process and the end result.

This is by far the best comprehensive auto repair shop i have underwent I initially started testing their service with an engine oil change of my 05 Impala and i was afforded critical information without charge plus a quality referral which saved me thousands in repair costs which other repair shops would recommend for a fee. Was trying to find an area rug for my home, but the problem was that all of the standard sizes were either too big, or too small. There rarely was any in between. So after almost giving up and settling with a rug that was too large, I found this company.
They were able to cut it down in size, and redo the stitching, matching the original stitching perfectly. It only took about a week, and it was very affordable.
We'd gladly recommend the company to anyone we know.

The team at Northland Volkswagen was great! I was buying a car from out of town and Carmen and Guy did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I felt 100% comfortable before making the trip to Calgary.
