I’ve been a customer of Acura of Barrie for over 15 years. While I like the quality and reliability of the vehicles it’s the people in the Service Department that have kept me there for all these years. Alex the Service Mgr and Nathan the Service Advisor ate simply the best! I always get prompt, personalized service and advice I can trust and rely upon to be in my best interest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

I called the dealership to arrange for my son’s car which had been sitting for over 18 months to get road worthy. I spoke with Angela and April and both ladies were exceptional in their service and their knowledge. The technician went above and beyond and the invoice was bang on what I was told. I had an exceptionally positive experience with the Midland shop. They were very kind and personable and did an excellent job in repairing damage to my Genesis in a timely manner.
