I was so glad to have found this car shop. Definitely going forward going to use this as my go to vehicle shop. From the first time I called and spoke with Josh he was very knowledgable and gave me a very reasonable price. I had my truck in as the power window on the driver side would not go up and down, and he said bring it in and found the problem right away. He also did a few little extras on the truck which I really appreciated. They got my truck done really fast and I would recommend them.

Ed was able to fix my issue immediately and upgrade a mechanical part for minimal cost. An honest and extremely knowledgeable shop. Not too many shops around with air cooled knowledge. I will be using him for all my needs

I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Any future tune ups or work we require, we will be sure to use Authentic Auto Service without hesitation. Top guy.

No waiting...and Danny was such a pleasant man, just happy to help smile and all. Mike was also very helpful in taking the time out to explain what may be the issue with an unrelated leak. Courtesy car, quick and proper repairs, a very nice wash, and helpful hard workers. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing a body shop. A+.

After the inspection all concerns were clearly communicated. John listed repairs in priority order and I appreciated that they were honest about what needed to be fixed and what could wait. I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

Went in because multiple mechanics were recommending I go see a transmission specialist. For two years this tranny was slipping and stalling at stop signs, mechanic said I needed a new transmission from donor truck. Went into Benz, they spent a day analyzing the problem, checking leaks and stalling issues, as well as tough cold starts. Topped up fluids and flushed it, found the level ridiculously low. So mechanics all tried to get me to replace a tranny, that just saved me $5000, bill was $67.
