Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. They have absolutely amazing customer service and always take time to describe my car issues in terms I can understand. First time I came to Good To Go Tire was for winter tires to be installed. Amazing service, Place is busy, because Lee and his staff care.
Second time i came for a oil change on my pretty much brand new (22000 kms) mustang. Its tuned blah blah blah. But these folks absolutely take the utmost care of your vehicle..being a person who doesnt trust dealers, if your like me do yourself a favor and go here.
Also shoutout to noel, amazing mechanic, he did my spark plugs too. Trust them!

I was a senior female, from Canada, travelling alone when I had a flat tire and rim damage due to a pothole while visiting in Queenstown. Lin went out of his way to help me and get me on my way with only one extra day in Queenstown. Replacement parts are not quickly sourced in Queenstown and Lin found an alternative repair solution for me to avoid having to spend three extra nights in town. Every time I see Gus at Queenston Tire and Rim on Centennial I am favorably impressed by his attention to detail, his professionalism and his willingness to help people out when they are in need. Many tire businesses treat customers as a necessary evil. I always feel that Gus treats me as a person and tries to provide the help that is required. I am also impressed with the staff who work there. Great senses of humour and very efficient.
