I had called another plumbing service about replacing my leaking 5 year old hot water tank. waited at home for day and half and made repeated calls about when they would be coming. just got the run around that the tech would be calling back and never did and no time window. 1PM the next day i had waited long enough. canceled and called Bridgeman.. received help immediately and they were there within an hour and completed the job in hour and half. I called Triple C to come do a checkup on my heat pump when i bought my house. They were prompt, polite and got the job done quickly. They even let me know that to keep my warranty that I had to have the Heat Pump looked at once a year, which I didn't know, so they will call me back now every year to remind me to have it serviced and change the filter.
