I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

I went here to purchase a mattress and was serviced by Sanjay. He was efficient, knowledgable, and had a great sense of humour. He made my purchase easy and pleasurable. When I called he took my calls and answered all my questions and followed up with me. I would go to him again. Ask for him next time you are there. I trust that I made the best purchase within my budget largely due to his guidance and advice. Its great to get good customer service these days.

Leon’s is a great place for quality mattresses. I went here last Tuesday to inquire about a mattress. The place was amazing! I walked around a bit before a sales person came to help me. He seemed knowledgeable, showed me some options in mattresses. I went back on Thursday to place my order and they delivered it the next day. I am very pleased with this purchase and they earned my loyalty and I will definitely shop at this store again.

She has very good communication skills, friendly and she made us feel very special. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store.

I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great!

C’est connu, IKEA fait la joie d’à peu près tout le monde. On y trouve de tout, pour tous les goûts et à des prix raisonnables. Après avoir rempli le panier des choses que l’on voulait acheter ou des coups de cœur que l’on a trouvés en chemin, on prend le temps de déjeuner à 1$ ou de goûter aux fameuses brioches tout droit sorties du four… Miam !
