My furnace was off for a night called in the morning and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly and they where able to come help me that morning . The guy explained everything to me and let me know what was going on before he did anything and gave me a few options either to repair or replace .. highly recommend everything is working great . We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient....
I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

My furnace went out in the coldest part of winter. These guys went above and beyond to get it repaired as quickly as possible, handling the warranty, and worked with me directly on the charges to make it as fair and pleasant experience as possible. The owner even came and did a site visit to discuss the project with me, which was unexpected and welcomed. Id give them 6 Stars if I could.
