Worst people to deal with ever and be prepared to be charged way more than what they quote. I lost the keys to my house, so I call them to come and open my door. The guy on the phone quotes, $15 for service (to come to my place) and $35 for a new lock. So I said no problem thinking I was going to pay roughly $51.00. Great! The technician arrives, he does what he has to do and gets my door open. He puts the new lock and I pull out my $51 to pay. He pulls out his phone calculates, and says my total cost is $212. I repeat $212. In shock I start questioning him. It even cost me extra for him to drill. Mind you I was not aware I would be charged extra for drilling. So I call the office to question the price and the same guy says it's $15 for service and $35 and above for a new lock. It still didn't add up $15 + $35 is not $212. While I'm on the phone I have to deal with the technician rushing me to pay. I hand him my card in the confusion. He swipes and leaves. I hang up the phone, enter my house and decide I do not want their lock. Dont let the tech leave, they charge you for him to come back. So I call them back and this time the guy explains that what he said was that, it would cost me $15 for service and $35 AND ABOVE for opening the door. Apparently I did not hear well but then when I was on the phone the second time he said it was $35 and above for the lock not the whole unlocking of the door. Besides that, the technician never mentioned I would be charged extra to drill my door. Never. FYI, if they have to drill your door, send the tech away. Do it yourself or get a friend to do it. Drill a big whole (about a dime size) right through the key hole and pull everything including the lock out. Replace it and you're done. Worst service ever. Disgusting.
