I have been trying since Sept 11 2022 to get someone from KFC to call me back about a complaint I had. I have made 5 call to their complaint dept. (they are very rude nay I add) and I'm told my complaint has been passed on to upper management and they will call you there is noting else I can do. Certainly 2 months is ample time for a call back or this may be their strategy, ignore them until they go away.
