Absolutely not a customer friendly store anymore.
I see a new Manager name “Stephen “at this location. This guy is absolutely not friendly not welcoming customers,I ask to make prices match? He ignored!!!!
This store is probaly the best store for fishing/ outdoor supplies in thye world. They have everything you can think of, and Bass Pro has an amazing staff that know there stuff. I have to say I am extremly amazed how a store can be so fantastic.
I asked two employees who were standing around and talking where something was. They told me this section was moved around a lot and they told me to ask the gentlemen at the firearms counter to help me. The firearms counter was extremely busy. So I left without buying what I needed. It happens every time I go there. Employees would rather carry out their own personal conversations than help customers.
Was purchasing 2 fish finders for over $1k each. They had a sale for $100 gift card for fish finder over a thousand bucks. Planned to purchase them separately to get 2 gift cards. The guy at the counter told me he would only do separate transactions for me if I purchased their gear guard warranty. I told him I didn't want the warrant so he said I could only do the one transaction. So I left. I called customer service in the US and they said this is not their policy. Be careful there.
