I recently went there for a diagnostic test on my old sedan. they charged me the money without giving me any additional info or doing ANY diagnostic test.. they basically wanted me to get the work done at their shop. just to change an EGR gasket, they quoted me $263 and said the rest we will see how it goes once we open it up. I was told they get paid by the job not by the hour... they didnt care about the fact that i paid them for diagnostic... which they didnt do. I will never go there again.
