Worst customer service anywhere. Would never go back to this shop. Rude, discourteous staff who treated my daughter as if she didn't matter. When she went in for her fitting, they advised us that they had double booked the fitting appointment and that my daughter had to hurry up because another bride was coming in. They couldn't get her in the dress and out of it fast enough. Go to Owen Sound or some other shop for your dress. This one was not worth the drive.
