Do not use this company. Estimate and contract signed in June. Grading done in Aug only after many calls. Paving? Still waiting and its mid Nov. 6+ months for a simple driveway paving job and still job done. Stay far away. Cosmo will take your money and never call you back.

Estimator is hard to work with, late with estimates, you have to chase him to schedule work completion, he seems nothing more than a con man. I wasted months thinking this company was reputable. Go with someone else, save yourself the aggravation.

We are very disappointed and frustrated with this company. We had our driveway paved in August of 2016, and since late spring, have tried to contact Cosmo as we noticed some deficiencies in the paving job (cracks, soft spots and ruts) and wanted to discuss with him. We telephoned and left voice mail, texted, and emailed Cosmo to no avail. Cosmo has never had the common courtesy to contact us back for any follow up. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well in hopes of some resolut

Called this company several times. Spoke with the message service staff. I told them that I have called several times and have not had my phone call returned. She told me she will ensure my message reached the appropriate personal however I still never had my phone calls returned. If this is the hassle for them to call me in regards to a quote I hate to imagine if I was calling for work covered by the warranty.

Waiting for Paving

Signed a contract 07 Jul 2011 with a generous deposit. I was promised completion in 3 weeks but am still waiting 04 Oct. Sent faxes, numerous calls to answering service with only 1 call back. Was then promised completion by mid Aug but have not been able to contact them since. Fax machine not picking up. I thought they were reputable as the estimator was very professional and I have seen their work! Hope to get satisfaction soon.

I have signed a contract in April to have my driveway paved. when I got the quote they seemed very professional and answered all question. It is now August and I have not got my driveway paved yet. I know that they get busy but 3 months and no indication that I will be having it paved anytime soon is unacceptable. The number they give you is an answer service so getting a hold of anyone is a pain. If you decide to use Safety work make sure you get a firm completion date. I hope that if they do end up doing the job I can write back with an excellent job done.
