Staff were friendly, overall good experience!

Bought a screen protector for my Samsung s10 and within 2 weeks it fell off my phone I took it back and they want Ten dollars to replace it after I just paid then twenty dollars.

Took phone in to get the charging port fixed and then then volume/sound wouldn’t work. When phone was brought back in just an hour later, was charged again to fix the sound. Sound was working perfectly fine before it was taken in for charge port repair. Customer service rep was on his headset phone laughing the whole time. Terrible.
