We have had nothing but excellent customer service from Kitchen’s Appliance Service. We have a stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer and won’t go anywhere else for repairs. Ray and Andrew are prompt on their service and always go above and beyond for us. Thanks guys.

I do not know about all these negative comments, but I have had nothing but great service from Kitchens. They are the best appliance repair techs in town, no question. I would call them again in an instant.Fantastic service!

Amazing service every time! We have trusted Ray and Andrew for many years to repair our home appliances and have always had incredible and timely service. We recently had Ray out to look at our washing machine - he was able to fix it on the spot and offer some tips so we do not run into the same problem again. Their staff is very knowledgeable and they have exceptional customer service!

Not impressed. They were unable to solve the problem with my dishwasher on 2 visits. Just kept telling me I need to run the longer cycle and change soap. Had another repair service who identified problem right away. Oven repair the same day and they broke the plastic handle when trying to screw it back on. Said they would get me a new one but couldn’t find one. I sourced one myself. Then they asked me to pay for work that I had previously paid for. Lucky I had saved the payment record.

Not impressed, they never repaired our dryer but claimed they did and charged us . Then attempted to fix our dishwasher and forgot to re attach it and when we opened the door it fell out of our cabinets. Never again will I deal with such incompetence

These guys consistently show up when they say they will ,and repair my equipment more economically than I think possible. They are my go-to guys for all my appliance repair.
