Last May 2014 I hired a man named Eric Vrban to refinish my pool deck. He is the owner and operator of Concrete Solutions in Oakville, Ontario. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit of $2700 to start the work in July of 2014. After numerous attempts to reach him after July came and went, he finally made contact with me in Sept. 2014 with the promise to do the job in July 2015, with a reduced price. I sadly agreed to these terms. Fast forward to July 2015, exact same situation. No work done,
