Eleven-month-old Frigidaire 16.7 cu ft upright freezer failed around 0100 on Monday morning (12 June 17) - very loud buzzing noise until unplugged. Called GP Appliances once they had opened for the day. Diagnosis was a failed compressor. Part was ordered, and installed on Wednesday morning. Very friendly, prompt, and efficient service. Fortunately, the freezer was still under warranty and I was able to find freezer space elsewhere to temporarily stash the contents. Very happy with the service.
