Comfort Plus ClimateCare

We had used CPCC previously for repair on our ageing furnace but this time it was apparent from the start they were not interested in fixing our problem only selling us a new unit. We felt intimidated and upset by the repairmen when they said they would need to turn off our gas for safety sake. After we signed a contract for the new furnace - the old one turned out to be safe enough till after the weekend when they could return and install it.Will not call again.No other options presented.

They don't tell you upfront that you have to pay for parts upfront if you need them after they assess what's wrong. Installer was on time but said he'd never installed the part I needed before, so since they go by an hourly rate for labour, no telling how long. No, would not recommend. No other heating/cooling place would've made me pay for parts upfront. Installer couldn't re-install gas fireplace he took apart. Swore while doing the work.
