Cancelled our order without notifying us

We ordered a very expensive appliance part from the Dartmouth store. First we phoned the store with the part number to make the order, but they said they had no way to take a debit or interac payment over the phone (Credit card only.) So I drove all the way to Burnside to make the payment in full in person. Then the store CANCELLED the order without telling us and did not refund the payment until we called in and inquired. Terrible service and would not recommend.
