London and his staff are amazing~always providing friendly and quality service! Each time I’ve gone in, my bike needs are looked after on the spot and sometimes at no charge. Koncept will always be my first go-to in the South Okanagan!

These guys are amazing. While camping, my youngest son jammed his bike chain so badly that I had to stop by the Tourist Information booth to see who they would recommend. They quickly suggested that I go to Koncept Kalifornia and see if London and his staff could do anything. To make a long story short, they straightened out the derailer, changed a cable, fixed the brakes, and gave my sons free stickers for their helmets. They did all of this work and they only charged me $20. You Rock!!!
