Worst Experience Ever!
They show gross negligence, and little care for the product even when in front of me. They damaged my property and promised to repair it in Apr and now its Jul, and since then I have been given a false e-mail address and they have now been avoiding the last 7 calls where I have left a message with the receptionist to call me back but they still haven't. The damages they made include: stains on my carpet, scratches on my wall and door, dark marks on my toilet, pouring water on my carpet, breaking components of the product, leaving out screws from the product, etc. They are not trust worthy and I will never buy another Samsung applicance again since they are contracted by Samsung. Also they don't speak english... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
