Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. He is definitely our only go to guy for any HVAC issues. Deb & Bill Armit

Anthony at Phillips Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning has gone above and beyond to squeeze me into his schedule during several emergency situations . He even came to my place during Christmas when my furnace broke and didn’t charge me on another occasion when I had a water tank issue that was small. He is also very prompt with calls backs and service. As a woman living on my own it makes me feel super safe to have Anthony as someone I can call on for hot water tank and furnace issues.

Anthony and his hired hand did an excellent job in removing and replacing our hot water tank. We have used his help a few times now and highly recommend him.
