Very unprofessional service. We are here for my grandfathers service and no one is here. We are calling and keep getting redirected with no official answer on why no one is here for his service. This is an absolutely ridiculous, and we are all very upset with the unprofessionalism of this company.

i used McLean funeral home and found them to be a awesome service provider very professional friendly staff and best price anywhere . i would use them again as there the best price and i highly recommend McLean's unlike the crooks down the road,, at McLean's they don't push unnecessary up sells for services and they don't take advantage of you cant say that about other guys. best service i ever had to use at my time of loss . thank you Stewart and staff at McLean's... brad B of chilliwack bc

The complete lack of professionalism and compassion from start to finish. And no this is not one of your competitors. We just lost or father/husband/grandfather. Not only could Stuart not even fill out paperwork properly, on the day my dad died he was so rude on the phone with my mom demanding that she come in and pay right away. It has been errors and unprofessional all the way around. Never bring a loved one here ever. Even answers the phone while with us!

McLeans is first choice, best price, best people

Years ago McLeans helped me prearrange my Mum's funeral.Their compassion and knowledge made the entire process simple.It also made it easier on the family when she passed Recently my husband of 30 years died in my home and once again McLeans made the process so simple.When I went to sign papers in their new, clean, bright facility, I was reminded of Stuarts honest and easy going nature as he supported me with details and paperwork. I recommend McLeans for honesty, professionalism and heart.

I meant to give it one star but could not undo the second star.The worst funeral home with the worst service. Our dear mom passed away 3 weeks ago today and just received death certificate. Ordered her urn heading there to pick up but told they are out of stock!We are cutting our losses and taking her ashes elsewhere.Horrible way to treat a grieving family! Do not go there.Seems unprofessional, the exact opposite of what a funeral home should be.My mom deserved so much better than this.

I wouldn't even take my dog there. It was terrible. The service, the facilities are atrocious. Going through the pain of loosing a loved when then dealing with these guys, not worth it. Go somewhere else!!
