This agent was punctual and available on short notice for showing homes. However, once we found a house we were interested in, the agent recommended a home inspector who missed a major fault with the property which ended up costing me a lot of money to rectify. Although this agent apparently had experience in the construction industry, he greatly underestimated the cost of a desired, major alternation to the house. I would not recommend this agent.

It would be nice to know who mentioned these comments so that I could address the concerns. The mention that I recommended an inspector. I always provide several inspector names of those that previous buyers have used that seemed happy, I would then leave it to the buyer to select. In comment to me missing or underestimating reno's I would not be able to comment on unless I knew the details involved. I always try my best to provide accurate info.
