Very bad experience.my coffe table not delivered lst 3 weaks..when i call the store they always told me its cming weak.i called many times.afterthat they pick my call..i have bad experience withe calgary best buy furniture…i pay full payment same day…
Tried calling for a quote for a bed. Sales person answers phone says she has to ask her manager for a price...shouldn’t you know the price if you are working there? Fine. Waited 2 hours..had to repeat my question. A second person says she will call me back for a price...waited..it’s now the next day with no phone call back just for a quote. I am glad I didn’t go forward with any purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not the way to run a business.
We got great choice of furniture with great price. Its really great experience with bhaji. We Ordered almost full house furniture. The material is very good and we also got delivery on time. Its such a good experience, will highly recommend to visit Best Buy Furniture....,
They are very courteous and treat customers very well. They sell quality furniture with reasonable prices. My advice to them is to choose a reasonable date of delivery without fail.
Very bad service we order our furniture last june they gave us a wrong color of our bed. And up to now they dont delivered the right center table they keep on saying they will delivered but up to now we didnt get the right one. We even go the store to pick it up but nothing its either the shipment is coming or they will say we will deliver it the next day. And we you go the store and complain they will not talk to you nicely or they will not even give you time to talk. Dont buy anything here.
very bad customer service.they never deliver the furniture.I had really bad experience wd them twice.I have no words to say how bad their service is.It was my major mistake I went to their store second time.I would like to suggest everyone never go to this place for furniture.they should close their business or better learn how to run the business

Orderd and paid for furniture. They did not deliver. Have no idea when they will deliver as they do not answer the phone. Trying to get a refund - no response
My husband and I had amazing service! We went into the Westwinds location and the staff were very pleasant and friendly to deal with. We were helped to buy all our furniture for our new home and they helped us stay within our budget. I would recommend this store to all who want great sales and great customer service.

An extremely unfair trade practice, once you buy something than forget about your delivery than you have two choices 1 that your next generation will receive the order 2 that you will end up in a Psychiatric Clinic.
I bought a bedroom set from their 32 nd ave NE location. Horrific service. They kept trying to get me to buy other furniture whenever I requested something/asked a question about my order that I'd aready paid for. Failing to stick to 4 different delivery dates set up by them after claiming delivery problems they finally let me cancel the order. They still haven't refunded my money for it. This was between Sept. and Oct. It's mid-Nov. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there, they can't be trusted
Owner and sales man tried delivering a dirty used matress with a rip in the back. Dropped it off and hurried into his f150 which i thought was wierd. Upon taking the plastic off and inspecting the bed i immidiatly noticed a large rip in the back and around the edges off the matress. Definitly a demo, i called as soon as they left and was told dont worry still warranty .... i couldnt believe he tried pushing me to keep a garbage matress for my hard earned cash. Was told next day a new one will arrive, waited. Called cell phone and no answer tried store to get a hold him luckily he answerd but was told another day ....i wish i used the other retailer, guarenteed new in box
Poor customer service, delivery persons have no knowledge how to deliver product, the sales man is very rude and threatening, will never go there and will not ask any one to go there
